RWBY Volume 6 starts - people praise it as the best RWBY has been.
Bumblebee and Adam’s death happens - people start leaving in droves because their ex-girlfriend-abusing-psychopathic-terrorist character got killed by two girls who are most likely gay for each other. At the same time these people refuse to acknowledge several moments of obvious hints towards a future relationship between Blake and Yang as try to use that as a way to discredit the ship. Some of these people are the same types of people who have hated on Adam in the past for his actions. And people also say Adam has done nothing wrong, despite him abusing his ex gf, constantly stalking her, ordering people to kill her family, killing his former master for the sake of his ego and cutting off the arm of his ex gf’s friend and possibly lover. We all know the real reason your defending Adam and it’s because you can’t accept LGBT representation.
I really hate how people are still coming out and saying they are dropping RWBY because of Bumblebee being basically a thing and saying how Adam did nothing wrong.
Yes I can understand there are probably genuine reasons for some people dropping but just making your answer be “I’m dropping because there’s gays and Adam died, Adam did nothing wrong blah blah blah” or any wording meaning that exact thing just screams “I hate LGBT and diversity so I’ll defend an abusive lover’s actions”
A lot of these people are probably the same people who were angry when Saphron and Terra had their first appearance.
If you can provide legitimate reasons for you dropping RWBY I’ll understand but they boil down to the things above, your argument is invalid to me. RWBY isn’t perfect, I understand that, but I don’t accept or understand flawed or bigoted reasons to drop the show.
